Terms of service
Draft, last updated 8 October 2026. [Replace the bracketed details and have this reviewed before publishing.]
These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant installing the app) and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“SupplierFlow”, “we”). By installing or using SupplierFlow you accept them.
1. The service
SupplierFlow imports product data from sources you connect — files, feeds, FTP servers, email inboxes, APIs and supported supplier websites — and creates and updates products in your store according to the mapping, pricing rules and settings you choose.
2. Plans and billing
Plans, their prices and limits are shown in the app. Paid plans are billed by Shopify through your Shopify invoice; Shopify's billing terms apply. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; cancelling returns your store to the Free plan immediately.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only sync products you are entitled to sell: your own, officially licensed or dropshipped products, with your supplier's permission to use their product data and images.
- Make sure you are allowed to access each source you connect, including any terms of use of a supplier's website, and keep the credentials you give us current.
- Check your mapping, pricing rules and dry-run results. You are responsible for the prices, stock levels and product information published in your store.
- Don't use SupplierFlow to break the law, infringe others' rights, overload a supplier's systems or attempt to access data you aren't authorised to.
4. Third-party connectors
Connectors built by third-party developers are provided by those developers. We review them before listing but don't guarantee them, and your use of a connector may also be subject to its developer's terms.
5. Availability
We work to keep SupplierFlow running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Syncs can be delayed or fail because of suppliers, Shopify or our own systems; we will tell you when a sync fails.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Have this clause reviewed for your jurisdiction.]
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. After uninstall your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy; products already created in your store remain yours.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and notify you in the app before significant changes take effect.
9. Governing law
[GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS, e.g. the laws of … and the courts of …].
